The hotel itself was stunningly beautiful and fairly cleanwith a pool bar. There were TV, a microwave, and a fridge in the room, liked that. The local staff was amiable. The property had a good location to the events at the Sasktel centre...

location
Room 504 - the door stuck - we had to push it hard with our body to shut it and to open it. Told the reception staff but didn't notice that it got better. No soap dishes for the bathroom sink or bathtub. No glass or plastic tumblers in the bathroom to brush your teeth. We had to use disposable paper coffee cups that were in the room. We asked the cleaning lady for tumblers and she said there weren't any. We were there for 3 nights and even though we left a $5.00 tip each day for the cleaning lady she did not put the bedspread back on the bed once.

The room was spacious with its own bathroom, and the location was great for events at the SaskTel center and exploring the area.

Main floor where reception area, lounge and restaurant are located is musty smelling and has an "old, run down" feeling. However, the room I was booked into appeared to be brand new as well as the hallway for the floor my room was on. Clean smelling and refreshing.
I did not like the main floor where the reception area, lounge and restaurant were located as they smelled musty and old and run down.

They rooms were very clean but were missing some important necessities. Security was very quick to respond and it was needed. The lounge was nice and had great food and service.
They bought an old building and renovated. No sound barrier to hallway noise. Pool area was disgusting and had falling tiles with mold on them and that was after renovations. The pool was ice cold and the hotub had a ring of dirt around it.

I stayed at this hotel with my colleague for four nights to attend a conference at TCU Place in downtown. The hotel located on the main street, and it is very easy to access from the airport. It is just about 15 min distance to the downtown, and we could access there on foot. The room was very clean and was equipped with two queen beds and it gave us a very convenience to stay. I recommend this hotel.
